LEADING BY EXAMPLE - David Reasoner

Every day, PGA Professionals work to enhance the golf experience, providing expert advice on fitting and instruction. They encourage their staff to always work hard and be passionate, ensuring these values are passed to the next generation. David Reasoner, the youngest member of the PGA of America ever and head professional at the prestigious Ridgewood Country Club in New Jersey since age 23, plays an important role in both the current and next generation of PGA Professionals. In ten years at Ridgewood, he’s placed five assistants into head professional positions, tripled the size of the club’s junior program and hosted two PGA Tour events.
