Leading by Example - Jeff Kringen

PGA Professionals dedicate themselves every day to teaching and promoting the game of golf. Jeff Kringen, PGA Professional at the Spring Hill Golf Club in Wayzata, Minnesota, leverages his talent and passion for the game by playing as often as he can with his members and encouraging his assistants to do the same. Jeff has found that sharing time on the course, and using the opportunity to really listen to players, is a great way to provide guidance and instruction. It has also helped to strengthen relationships and has become an important resource for gathering input to enhance the golf shop experience and keep the club’s caddie program at a high level.
