What kind of a warranty do Titleist products carry?

Limited One-Year Warranty
Titleist warrants its products for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Should any product fail to perform for either of the above reasons, Titleist will repair it or, at our option, replace it with an equivalent product at no charge. If the date of purchase is unavailable, this warranty shall begin on the product manufacture date. Titleist reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims to determine the extent of warranty application. Titleist does not sell or return component parts. All products returned for warranty claims become the property of Titleist. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. This warranty provides specific legal rights. Other rights may exist, which may vary from state to state. Titleist may amend this warranty policy at any time.

Customer Claims Procedure
To obtain warranty benefits, the defective product and a statement of the claimed defect must be provided to the authorized Titleist Golf Shop from whom the goods were originally purchased.


Limited Liability
Titleist will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due in whole or in part to any cause beyond Titleist's reasonable control including, but not limited to, strikes, riots, wars, fire, acts of God, or acts of compliance with any law or government regulation. In no event shall Titleist be liable to Buyer for (i) any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or (ii) any damages resulting from loss of use or profit.

How do I find out about a product (ball, club, headwear, bag) that I saw a tour professional playing, but cannot find on your website?

Prior to introducing any high performance product to the marketplace, Titleist ''shakes the product out'' on the worldwide professional tours, and with PGA club professionals, gaining feedback from the world's best golfers. While a product is being tested with the Professionals, it generally is not available for sale. However, when a Titleist product gains affirmation from players in these venues, it is ready to be considered for the marketplace and enjoyed by golfers at every level of the game.

I am interested in purchasing Titleist apparel. Can you direct me to an authorized Golf Shop?

I would like to purchase several Titleist clubs that I saw on the Titleist website, but I couldn’t find a way to order them on-line. How can I order products through titleist.com?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not sell directly to anyone outside of our authorized Golf Shops. Please visit any golf course or off-course golf retailer in your area that sell our products. They will be able to provide pricing as well as place an order through us on your behalf for any item(s) they do not have in-stock at the time.

I have a defective or broken accessory product (golf bag, headwear, glove, etc). How do I handle a return?

Acushnet Company warrants its Titleist product for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Should your golf bag or accessory fail to perform please contact your local authorized retailer where you purchased the item for them to handle the disposition.
