Golf Club Warranty/Repairs FAQs

The shaft on my golf club broke. Will Titleist cover this under warranty?

The Titleist warranty does cover shafts broken during normal use. As long as the club is still within the warranty period and the shaft broke during the course of a normal golf swing, we will be happy to repair the club for you.

If the club is no longer covered under the factory warranty or the break was the result of non-normal circumstances (the club hit a tree, or broke in a trunk, etc.), Titleist can still repair the club for a nominal charge. Your local golf shop can give you more information on shaft pricing and availability.

To have this work performed, please take the club to any local Titleist dealer (you can use the golf shop locator to find local shops). They can return the club to Titleist for
warranty inspection and repair.
