Learn How to Get a Complete Workout in 10-15 Minutes on ''Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist''

On this episode of "Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist," co-hosts Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips show viewers how to get a total body workout aimed at improving their performance on the golf course in only 10-15 minutes. Dr. Rose and Phillips are joined by Dr. Mark Smith, Applied Physiologist, and Robert Mottram, a registered physical trainer and athletic trainer, who will explain and demonstrate how a high-intensity, short-duration workout featuring cardio, upper body, lower body and total body exercises can target all the body's golf-specific muscles to help improve your game.

The show also features several quick "Performance Tips" offering additional stretches and exercises to complement the 10-15 minute workout.

"The 10-15 Minute Workout" will air Monday, May 29 at 8:40 p.m. EDT on The Golf Channel. It will re-air Tuesday, May 30 at 1:13 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
