Learn the ''Five Daily Sins'' That Can Hurt Your Golf Game on Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist

Discover what five everyday activities might be hurting your golf game and what you can do to keep your body and game in top condition, on this episode of "Golf Fitness Academy presented by Titleist."

Co-hosts Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips are joined by Australian golf fitness experts Denis McDade and Ramsay McMaster who outline five daily activities that, over time, can damage muscles that are important in the golf swing. Those daily activities are computer use, prolonged sitting, prolonged standing, carrying items on your shoulder and phone use. After discussing the negative affects of each "sin," and the swing faults that develop as a result, McDade and McMaster demonstrate corrective exercises to keep you and your game in great shape.

The show also features several quick "Performance Tips" offering additional stretches and exercises.

"Five Daily Sins" will air Monday, May 22 at 8:40 p.m. EDT on The Golf Channel. It will re-air Tuesday, May 23 at 1:13 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
