My Third hole in one happened on 12/05/12 at my home course, The Surf Golf and Beach Club in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. I was part of a team which consisted of My wife, and two male friends and we were competing in one of our clubs four majors for the year. My wife was gathering The Bloody Marys from our General Manager so they did not see the ball going in. My two other partners and the foursome behind us did see the ball going in. I hit six iron to a 139 yard pin. The ball hit 18 inches in front of the hole and skipped forward up a tiered green and came back and dropped in. We had a full field that day and yes I bought a round for everyone. We do get some help in the form of Insurance. (Thankfully) My second occured in 1984, and my first in 1982 and all three happened while playing a Titleist. Now for the rest of the story, We actually won the tournament beating out 28 other teams.
