I was enjoying a nice January day (temps in the high 40's) with two of my golf buddies. I'm a 13 handicapper, and just shot a 38 on the front 9, so for me, was having a nice round. When I stepped up to Hole #11, a 146 yard par 3, protected by water in the front, I hit my 9 iron, and my my golf buddy Mike yelled "I hope you got enough of it"...(if the ball is hit short, it will roll back down into the water). The ball was hit nice and high, and landed on the front of the green, and started curling left toward the hole, then all of a sudden, it disappeared! Man, I started screaming like a little girl, chest bumping and high fiving my two buddies, Richard and Mike. What an amazing feeling!!! It's a day I will never forget. I'm 52 years old and thought it would never happen to me...well, now I'm officially part of the club!!!!!!!

Uphill par 3. No wind. Smooth 5 iron for me - one bounch on the green then slow roll to the right towards the pin and - plop, In the Hole!! My first ever hole in one. Especially good playing with two best friends Denis Parker and Bill Bielamowicz! I'm 70 and thought it might never happen. What a great game!
Me and my buddy was down at myrtle beach playing a few days. we started playing on thursday ,nov.29 i played like i had never plyed before. friday we plyed at the grandaddy pine lakes course and started and finished great. saturday we had to clean our place up and hustle to the course to catch our tee time . we teed up behind a foursome and i thought what a long day this is going to be. they let us through on the second hole and what a relieve it was. the fourth hole par 3, on the card it saying playing 152 yards, our gps saying 110 yards to the front, and the pin is halve way between front and middle, so we said about 125 yards. i tee up first and thought the wind was a little strong in my face. one more club than normal and hit it good i thought. the ball hit and bounce and rolled on the green and disappeared. gary said that went in,i said it did didn't it and i always thought that i would be so excited, if and when i ever got a hole -n-one , but it was like ok that was nice, put me down for a -2, that how we keep the score. i been more excited over birding a tough hole than i was today, the first day of december. i played well enough the rest of the day and shot a 80. 39 front 41 on the back.
Playing on a Thursday evening with about 7 guys. One of the guys had his young son with him. Hit the shot, and the youngster didn't see it, so he asked innocently: "I didn't see it, do it again!"

I made good contact with the ball and it felt good I watched it soar in the air and then it dropped onto the green and into the hole. It felt awesome and I am happy at 78 to have this happen to me. What a thrill!
