After our Monday morning league was cancelled due to strong winds (the ball was blown off the green)and cold temperatures,a group of four of us said what the heck let's play. We started with a shotgun start on hole nine. The wind was a two to three club wind and my round was mostly boggies and doubles with several three putts! We came to hole seven and Duane hit his 140 yard club to the 114 yard hole. I took out my 8 iron and hit my Titleist #1 NXT-Tour to the front of the green right on line with the pin. It took a high bounce and went in the hole! When I took the ball from the cup, Howard made the comment "At least you did not three putt". My first HOLE IN ONE!
