Sunday Feb. 10 I took a chipping clinic at Grayhawk and the Pro asked everyone to comment about their short game. I said I just pray to get the ball near the hole in flight because my chipping and putting are so unreliable.
Tuesday, Feb. 12 I took a clinic on short irons at Troon North with Ryan Mahoney and he adjusted my grip a bit and talked about SQUARING the CLUB FACE!!!
Wednesday Feb. 13 at the Phoenician golf I squarely hit a beautiful shot over the water and straight at the pin in flight with one small hop into the hole.
Sooo exciting, and of course unfocused for the next hole...put 2 in the water and scored 8. Love the golf Gods!!
