i new i hit the ball good cause in my backswing i was thinking, keep your left arm straight, i just to a easy swing, and it cleared the bunker and i thought i was on for sure!! we drove up and i grabbed my wedge and putter, i looked at the balls on the green and none were mine!! i looked on the backside of the green and did not see my ball, and then my buddy looked in the hole and baaaaaam!!!! i just about lost it!!! best feeling ever i swear!!! thanks titleist!!!
I took my range finder and lasered it at 120 yards. Normally hit my pitching wedge (Titleist ap1 irons) 125 yards. Took nice smooth swing, looked up and ball was headed straight at the flag. Ball hit in front of pin and hopped right in the hole. Still can't believe it.
Playing golf with my good friends (eight of us) for a normal Friday outing. I hit a pretty 2 rescue shot into the wind. The green is just below a slight hill so you can't see it from the green. We all thought it was probably short in the front. I parked the cart behind the hole and was aggravated because I thought the ball must of bounced into the rough next to the green. I took my wedge and putter and walked the green to survey my next shot. I walked past the hole and looked down and saw a hole (Titlest) in the hole. I jumped back and yelled OHHHHH! I called my buddy Tony to examine the ball, I wasn't going to look. He picked it up and yelled its your Titlest with the black putting line. We all jumped at that time. It was great. It was even greater to share the experience with the others and the rest of the club at the nineteen hole.

Good old number 2. Tough green to hit. Went with an 8 instead of the 9. Put a good move on it, but I thought it was long. Heard it hit the stick and lost the ball. My boy Chris knew it was in while I remained skeptical. Walked up to find a nice chunk of green out of the hole next to my Key Bank ProV1. All the while my friend Chris can't stop yelling for the beverage cart. That makes 3 this year for our league, The West Shore Men's Golf League. Wish I could give it to my Dad, he still doesn't have one.
It took me 71 years to get my first hole-in-one. That was in May, 2012. It took only one year and 5 days to get my second. Both were at the Ironwood Country Club in Sun Lakes, AZ.This one was while playing with my wife, Becky, and good friends, Greg and Kathy Heinemann. I can hardly wait for next May!!!
