Was playing with my boss at Legacy on Lanier golf course that follows the shores of Lake Lanier in Georgia. This was only the 2nd time I had ever played here. The course is absolutely beautiful. It is a very challenging round. We came up to the 5th hole that was about an 88 yard shot with the pin in the front. Right before I swung I thought to myself ok time for a hole in one. I do have to say I have that thought a lot on short par 3 ' s. The ball flight was going up and all of the sudden started dropping swiftly. I thought I was going to come up short. The ball hit the front of the green and made a slight turn to the left and dropped in after 3 hops. This ball had eyes for sure. My boss and I both went crazy! He picked me up and carried me around the tee box screaming and hollering with excitement. Neither one of us had ever even seen a hole out in person. It was obviously my greatest gold experience ever. I honestly never thought I would get one. I almost even decided to retire from golf. But we all know that won't happen!!
