Playing in the last league day of the year at Trails West Golf Course on Fort Leavenworth, Kansas I got my first hole-in-one. It was the first hole of play. A par 3 with the pin set at 133 yards. I hit an NXT Tour with a choked up 8 iron. I hit my normal high flighted ball at the pin and the ball came down and slammed straight into the hole. I heard the clank noise as it hit the pin going in. At first I didn't believe what I saw until everyone around me went crazy. I also won two years worth of hole-in-one money. What a day!
