I started playing golf in March of 2009 and roughly 5 years and 9 months later I got my first Hole-In-One on December 21, 2014 at Navy Marine G.C. Honolulu, HI. It was Hole #12 but it was our 3rd hole of the day as we started on the back 9. The pin was in the back left at 195 yards exactly and I hit a beautiful, baby draw 7 iron that landed about 190 and two hop, stopped right into the cup. I wasn't using a Titleist golf ball as I had just switched from the ProV1 just two weeks ago to the Z-star but everything else in my bag is Titleist. I drained it with a Titleist AP2, 714 - 7 iron, KBS Tour Shaft and Medium sized Golf Pride Multi-Compound Grip. It was the most unbelievable experience of my golf career! I won't lie, I was very worried that since it happened early in the round that I would not be able to hold myself together getting off to a -2 start after 3 holes. But I managed 4 birdies after that and hung on to a 73 (+1) with a few bogeys and 1 double bogey. Now I can be proud to frame my scorecard with a beautiful, breath taking 1 on the card. FINALLY!!! After years of hitting the stick and lip outs in finally happened and what a great feeling it was!

Thank you Titleist for making the best clubs in the game! The Titleist golf ball is fantastic as well!!!
