Hello Titleist, Happy Monday! I was playing golf this weekend with my 11 year old son and two of our friends at Cimarrone Golf Club in Jacksonville, FL. To start the day on the opening 486 yard par 5 first, I hit driver. I then hit five iron from about 190 yards out to a front left pin. We all noticed the ball disappear but thought it just rolled over a mound and we lost sight. As we get up to the green my son jumped out of the cart to go check the hole. "DOUBLE EAGLE DAD!!!!" is what he shouted. What a way to start the round -3 under after the first hole" I was only able to play nine holes but shot -1 (35). My 11 year old son shot 77 Saturday (11/12) and 78 Sunday (11/13). He plays on both the US Kids Tour and North Florida Junior Golf Tour. Please let me know if you would like any more information.
