On March 3, 2017, my wife and I played at the Sedona Golf Resort in Sedona Arizona. We were on our way to Phoenix to attend our niece's wedding. Not only did we feel privileged to be playing golf in one of the most scenic golf locations on the planet, but I was fortunate to make my first hole in one. We were on the par 3 150 yard 7th hole, I used a 25 degree rescue club and used a Titleist DT solo ball, which I have used for the past several years. The pin was located in the back of the green and I saw the ball drawing in towards the pin hitting about 10 feet from the pin then disappear. We weren't sure it was in until we walked up on the green and looked in the cup. Wow, what an awesome place to get an ace!
