As you can imagine it has been a whirlwind few days for Zach Johnson. He is a genuinely nice kid with a great future. He isn't kidding when he says this whole Masters victory is surreal. I mentioned in a post last week that I wouldn't be surprised if Zach posted a Top 10 at The Masters. I guess he proved me right in a big way! He made a point to stop by the Titleist Tour Trailer Wednesday to thank everybody for the continued support he has received from the Tour Leadership team, "except The Voke. He hasn't done anything." Jim Gormley, the head golf professional at Palos Verdes Golf Club in California who qualified to play in the 2006 Nissan Open on the PGA Tour, has recorded the first ace with the new Titleist 907D2 driver. We've received quite a few comments about the hats that I wear on Tour. Just so you all know, these hats are custom made for me so that I'm easily identifiable to the players on the driving range each week. Although Titleist has no plans to introduce this style to golf shops, your inquiries got me wondering what some of the other guys on Tour might look like in my signature hat. We've been working with Ben Curtis again this week at the Verizon Heritage Classic. Harbour Town Golf Links, the site of this week's tournament, is one of the shortest courses on Tour, but one that requires the players to hit a variety of shots. Ben is looking for some more versatility with his long game clubs for Harbour Town, so we're getting him set up with a 19° 585.H utility and a 695CB 3-iron. Both clubs will feature the same True Temper Dynamic Gold S-400 shafts that Ben uses in all of his irons. Ben tells us that the 585.H allows him to control his ball flight more easily, giving him the ability to hit both high and low shots as necessary. Likewise, the 695CB 3-iron gives him a more consistent ball flight that is suited for Harbour Town. -- Steven Felix Mata

Thought you all might enjoy a peek inside Dudley Hart's bag as he prepares for this week's Verizon Heritage Classic at Harbour Town Golf Links. The R.A.R. on Dudley's bag are the first initials of his triplet children - Ryan, Abigail, and Rachel - whose names you may also notice stitched on his putter cover.
