On a brand new episode of Golf Fitness Academy, co-hosts Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips are joined by PGA Tour winner Charley Hoffman to demonstrate a series of exercises to target the shoulders and ankles. Hoffman, who won the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic earlier this year on the PGA Tour, demonstrates a shoulder routine to build strength and flexibility in the golf swing as well as a series of exercises and stretches to target the ankles. Hoffman, who damaged a tendon in his ankle years ago, continues to strengthen and rehabilitate both ankles to repair damage that was done and to prevent additional problems in the future. The episode also features several quick performance tips to help build strength, length and flexibility in the golf swing.
