Quigley, who converted to yoga from a more intense weight-based strength program about four years ago, begins by explaining what yoga has done for his golf game and demonstrating a simple warm-up routine. He follows that with several movements that focus on rotation, especially in the hips, which can help with distance control. Finally, Brett, Dave and Greg target the lower body and shoulders.
