Hello,
I just got back from practice. Weather is hot and conditions are similar to last week. There's a chance of rain later in the week. I flew into San Antonio on Sunday night with Charley Hoffman. Unfortunately we left immediately after Charley's round so we didn't get to celebrate with Tim Clark! What a great round of golf for Tim....finished it with a clutch putt on 18. Nice to see him get his first US PGA TOUR win. Nobody deserves it more.
This is my first trip to San Antonio, it's actually fun being in a new city. I don't get a lot of time during a tournament week to see the sites but I do get to experience the local food in the evenings and I always enjoy that part. If you want good BBQ this is the place to come!
I've got an afternoon tee time for the pro-am tomorrow so I'll practice and a do a light work-out in the morning. I played well last week but still need to get a few more putts to drop. I'm confident it's only a matter of staying patient and continuing to work hard.
I wanted to let everyone know the PGA TOUR put together a new website PGATOUR.com/Together that is a good resource to learn what the TOUR and all the players are doing for charity. Check it out when you get time.
I'll write more next week. Until then you can follow me on Facebook and Twitter.
Take care.-Adam

Titleist Brand Ambassadors Jay and Bill Haas are both competing in this week's PLAYERS Championship, becoming the first father/son duo to play the event in the same year. Jay, a nine-time winner on the PGA Tour and 14-time winner on the Champions Tour, qualified for THE PLAYERS via his victory at the Constellation Energy Senior Players Championship last year. This will be his 29th appearance in THE PLAYERS (a record), with his best finish a T-2 in 2003. Bill, who picked up his first PGA Tour victory earlier this season at the Bob Hope Classic, will be making his fourth start in THE PLAYERS.
The father and son played practice rounds together earlier in the week and touched on a number of topics in a joint press conference on Tuesday. Jay will open his championship first on Thursday at 12:25pm (ET) from hole 10, with Bill following on the tenth tee at 1:28pm.
Bill and Jay Haas are the first father and son to compete in the same PLAYERS Championship.

Italian teenager Matteo Manassero will make his professional debut at this week's BMW Italian Open on the PGA European Tour as Titleist's newest brand ambassador. Matteo turned professional earlier this week after a brief but decorated amateur career that included a win at last year's British Amateur Championship as well as low amateur honors at the 2009 Open Championship and 2010 Masters Tournament. Having just recently celebrated his 17th birthday, Matteo established himself as the youngest player to record a victory at the British Amateur and to compete and make the 36-hole cut at the Masters.
Persistent rain and soggy course conditions currently threaten the scheduled Thursday start of the BMW Italian Open. Be sure to check out EuropeanTour.com for the latest updates.

It's Sunday afternoon and I'm packing up my hotel room to head out to the airport soon. I stayed the weekend in Charlotte after missing the cut on Friday to get some much needed practice. Needless to say it was a tough week at Quail Hollow. I was out of rhythm and unfortunately it showed on my scorecard. There are some weeks you can grind it out and find yourself still there on the weekend and other times when nothing seems to feel right. I started working with a new putter this week and was having some issues with the feel of it. I've worked a lot with it since Friday and now feeling a lot better with it.
Meanwhile off the course, I'll be making an announcement regarding a new Foundation project in the next couple of weeks. The ASF advisory board is working on the final details of the project plans so it will be forthcoming soon. Also, as soon as the iSwing Golf Analyzer application goes LIVE I'll post a message on Facebook and Twitter as well as news from THE PLAYERS next week.
Gotta run to the airport but I'll be in touch next week from Ponte Vedra Beach at THE PLAYERS Championship.
Until then, take care.-Adam
