Hi Bob, how are you? quick 2 questions what is the big difference between 200 series, tvd's and the Spin Milled wedges? and which one would you recommend the most for a low-mid handicapper? thanks a lot for all the hard work you have put all these years.... a loyal fan.... Danny Pernas

I was wondering if there will ever be an a la carte option for the wedges so you can combine features from different wedges all into one.
Thanks,

Mr. Vokey, what is the primary reason the new groove rule wedges are performing as well creating spin as the re groove wedges?

Bob , how does bounce affect the club when you open the face more or less. Does the club being open make the bounce less or more in tight lies? With so many choices ,i often feel information overload on this subject. Is there a standard set of guidelines you reccommend for fitting a club to a particular shot?
thanks :)

Having owned and played with your wedges, I wonder how you come up with the correct amount of bounce for the wedges?? This has always been a question of mine and wonder if you could answer this for me.

Why did titlest come out with a adjustable head on a 3 wood? I purshed one and found that you do not need to adjust it.

Bob--I've been playing your wedges for several years.....I'm a scratch golfer and play amateur events often including the '08 U.S. Mid-Am. I've also played Titleist golf balls for about 30 years.
I've never understood why your Titleist wedges tear up Titleist balls after only one hit. If I'm 80 yds away, there will be "teeth" marks every time and I have dozens of "old" balls for proof. I KNOW I'm not the only accomplished golfer out there with this frustration....... What is Titleist's position on this issue? Thanks. Tim

my favorite club in my bag is a 200 series 54-10 chrome . i was wondering if you could (suggest ,of even be able to) make a 250-10 if i wanted one ? i see the standard bounce is 8 degrees on the 250-08 . would it make sence, work properly with 10 degrees on a 50 ?
i feel the 10 degree bounce is a comfortable degree for my stronger wedges, and maybe its psychological, but it works
thanks

With the wedges in my bag I have always added a couple more wraps under the bottom hand to the grip so when I grip down for feel shots around the green the grip doesn't feel too thin. I am wondering if you do this for your tour players or if any of them request it? Also is there anything you can share from your experiences testing shafts like the High Rev KBS and the DG Spinner in new C-C groove wedges?
Thanks

Bob, how often do you recommend replacing your wedges or is there a way to visibly tell when to? How do you feel about resharpening and is this a good way to extend the life of your Vokies? And my final question: You probably get the same questions all the time, so what is one thing that you don't get asked about enough or would like everyone to know about your wedges? Thanks Bob, you're the man! 52-7, 60-8, 56-11 in the bag and a Vokey player for life

Many wedge shot instructions say open the face 15 degrees and open your stance a corresponding 15 degrees. Doesn't that affect the bounce of the club and does that require an additional adjustment?

I have a 56 with 14 loft. When I bought it I was told it was designed for soft sand, which is what I asked for; but was told not very good for use as a general purpose wedge. Chipping; pitching 100 yds etc.
I have found the exact opposite. It is a better pitching wedge than my 8 degree I had previously.
What is your recommendation on degree for pitching? chipping etc.

Bob: Titleist has the strongest, most exacting models of forged irons in the industry. Why don't you manufacture and offer a line of forged wedges to complement and complete them?

Hi,
I currently play a C9 swingweight lov wedge. I like how light it feels so I can hit very delicate lofted shots. Have you ever heard of anyone (pros) with a preference for a light lob wedge? I play my 4-AW at D6 and my SW at D7. For some reason that light lov wedge just feels good and results follow.

Hello Bob, What's more important in the performance of your, or any wedge, the depth of the groove, the width of the groove, or the configuration of the cut in the groove? Thank you for taking my question.

HI Bob. Is there a possibility you will consider a refinishing option with past wedges to get the custom treatment? Also, do you make different weighted heads without having to "port" them? Thank you!

I am 75, 6 feet tall, weigh about 140 and have a slow swing speed. Like most golfers I would like to hit the ball as fa, and as straight as possible. What length should my driver be?

Can you tell me exactly what the channel on the bottom sole of the wedge does. I think it is on your P wedge. I like the wide sole and the channel is something I just can not get my mind around.

Hey Bob!
Every time I take a swing with one of your spin-milled wedges at my Pro V1, it leaves the ball with 5 cuts across the ball rendering it unplayable for the next stroke. Wutz up with that?
I am only a 8 hc amateur. How do the pros manage such destructive cutting after the ball is well-struck?

Bob,
Thanks for taking questions. I've been playing a 48* PW for years, but the loft on my new GI 9-iron is only 40* which leaves a big distance gap. As lofts get stronger in most iron sets, are you altering your approach to wedge makeup? Specifically, will you be making stronger pitching wedges? I realize you can bend them a degree or two stronger, but it seems like there's a need for high quality stock wedges at 45* or 46* now.
