What's one way to test every single aspect of your golf game?
Easy. Play in a U.S. Open.
Dave Phillips of the Titleist Performance Institute – co-host of "Golf Fitness Academy" on Golf Channel – spent the last few days walking the fairways (and trudging through the rough) at this week's U.S. Open venue, Congressional Country Club, while putting in some practice-round work with several of our Titleist Brand Ambassadors.
Dave also took some time to give Team Titleist an in-depth look at the variety of shots, lies and conditions that players will face this week while challenging for a place in golf history. You can check out Dave's analysis in the video below.

The first two days of U.S. Open week have been greeted with great weather – and even greater focus.
To be sure, Team Titleist has enjoyed observing all of the major preparation that is happening at Congressional Country Club, outside on the course and practice areas as well as inside the Titleist Tour Van.
"It's always going to be tough out there," Pro V1x loyalist Luke Donald told the media Tuesday. "As
they say, par is always a good score at U.S. Opens and just to kind of
stay patient but not be too defensive, but just go play your own game
and try and have some fun."You can check out pictures from the first couple of practice days in the slideshow below. And stay tuned tomorrow and the rest of the week for more pictures and equipment updates from the U.S. Open.
Master Craftsman Bob Vokey is on the ground (and on the grinders) at Congressional Country Club this week for the U.S. Open, making sure our Titleist Brand Ambassadors are dialed in with their Vokey Design Spin Milled Wedges to take on one of the season's most demanding layouts.
Last week, Bob was here on Titleist.com sharing the same tips and tricks with members of Team Titleist via live webcast.
Steve Pelisek, Titleist General Manager of Golf Clubs,
joined "The Voke" for the 30-minute broadcast, which covered a range of topics
about Vokey Design Spin Milled wedges, from knowing your distance gaps to bounce for different conditions.Bob and Steve also answered many questions submitted from Team Titleist members on the Titleist Blog. You can watch a replay of the webcast now in the videos below.
PART 1 (Groove configuration; spin milling; building a career as a clubmaker; development of current Vokey Wedges line; bounce for different conditions)
PART 2 (Affects of bending wedges; knowing your distance gaps; wedge fitting; diggers vs. sliders)
