Here's a name you might recognize from 2011 PGA Tour leader boards: Titleist Brand Ambassador Webb Simpson.

Webb, who on Monday celebrated his 26th birthday, arrived at Atlanta Athletic Club for the PGA Championship as one of golf's most consistent players.

He sits at No. 9 in the FedEx Cup Rankings, having made 11 straight cuts and finished no worse than T-16 (Open Championship) in his last six starts.

Webb, a former college star at Wake Forest who is in his third season on PGA Tour, currently sports the second-best scoring average on Tour (69.55) and is No. 1 in the All-Around statistical ranking.

Early Monday morning, Webb was on the range at Atlanta Athletic Club with his bag full of Titleist equipment, hitting Pro V1x golf balls into the sizzling Southern sky.

On his way to the short-game area to get in some practice with his Vokey Design Spin Milled wedges, Webb took a couple minutes to check in with Team Titleist and talk about his plans for preparing for the PGA Championship and finishing the year off strong, which you can watch in the above video.

As for 26th-birthday celebrations?

"Sadly, my wife and my boy aren't here. They're coming in tomorrow but I'm going to go out to dinner with a good buddy of mine. We're going to hit up Chipotle," Webb said, smiling. "You can never beat that."

Happy Birthday, Webb!
