As the sun rises Monday morning on Long Island, N.Y., it will bring with it a series of firsts - the first event of the 2012 PGA Tour Playoffs at The Barclays, the first time The Barclays will be contested over the challenging Black Course at Bethpage State Park, and for Titleist Brand Ambassadors who have played their way into the playoffs it will be a first look at the new prototype Titleist 913 fairways and hybrids on the PGA Tour.
And we're excited to be bringing you a quick look of what the players will be testing at The Barclays.
Team Titleist is en route to Bethpage Black and we'll be checking in throughout the week with inside-the-ropes updates as players work with the Titleist Golf Club R&D team and Tour Reps to get their SureFit Tour settings dialed-in.
As with the 913 prototype driver launch at the AT&T National in June, this marks the official introduction of the new fairways and hybrids on the PGA Tour and kicks off the tour seeding and performance validation process that all Titleist clubs go through prior to being released in the market.
Quick Fact: 913 is the series designation for the new family of metals. Titleist continues to release metals under the 900 number designation with the “9” standing for metals and the “13” indicating the new model year, 2013.
As the tour seeding and performance validation process continues in the coming weeks across the worldwide professional tours, we'll continue to share more news and product details here on Team Titleist.
Stay tuned!

This is great news!!!!!
Congratulations Team Titleist!!!!
Two obvious questions.
What is the difference between the 910H and 913H?
Head?
Hosel?
Tip diameter?
When can we expect the new 913 H and F to be available?
Thanks

I can't decide if I should cry or smile because of the new 913's. I got a 910D3 and 910F in May this year, and now these lovely clubs are released next year. But well, I'm happy for my 910's so I will keep them for one more season!

I agree with your assessment of forged to cast irons. I have found that the feel, control and touch of the forged club is much better that the cast clubs which tend to feel hard and not workable, especially with the short irons.

These are "HOT"!
I can't wait to get mine. I love the 910's and I am sure to love these even more!!
My accuracy has improved a lot with the 910's, These should help even more.

I'd sure be interested in trying the new prototype Titleist fairway woods & hybrids. Titleist could get an amateurs perspective about their new products.

I hope these 913 fairways are as good or better than the 910s

When will the 913 drivers be available to the general public? If it's better than my 910 D2, I can hardly wait!

I feel I've already been waiting far too long for the 913 drivers to finally hit the market and now you guys tease us with the fairways and hybrids too. I'm ready to see what these new clubs can actually do for the non tour player. Any chance on getting an actual release date for everything so I can know when and where to test theses clubs out?

Thanks for the update. Looking forward to the reports about fairways and drivers to replace my 910s.
