Trusting Pro V1x golf balls on every shot, three more players from across the globe each turned in championship performances and entered the winner’s circle on Sunday.

In South Africa, veteran Tjaart Van Der Walt teed up a Pro V1x golf ball at the Lion of Africa Cape Town Open and ran away from the field, winning his first Sunshine Tour victory by six shots. On the Korean Tour, overnight leader In-Hoi Hur cruised to a four-shot win at the Herald KYJ Tour Championship. And in South America, Pro V1x loyalist Jose de Jesus Rodriguez prevailed in extra holes to capture the Arturo Calle Colombia Open.

Adding three more victories to the trophy count, Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf ball loyalists have now won 145 tournaments on the worldwide professional tours in 2013, more than four times the nearest competitor with 36 and more than all other competitors combined.

This is Team Titleist, let’s wrap-up the week…

KOREAN TOUR: Herald KYJ Tour Championship

Of the 102-player field, 73 relied upon Titleist golf balls, more than six times the nearest competitor with 12.

In-Hoi Hur (Pro V1x) closed with a 1-under par 71 en route to a 12-under 276 victory total, four shots ahead of three players, including Titleist Ambassador Joon-Woo Choi (Pro V1x, 913D2 driver, 913FD fairway metal, 913H hybrids, CB irons (714 series), Vokey Design SM4 wedges) and Titleist golf ball loyalists Hyung-Tae Kim (Pro V1x) and Gi-Whan Kim (Pro V1).

LATINOAMERICA TOUR: Arturo Calle Colombia Classic

Jose de Jesus Rodriguez (Pro V1x), who birdied 7 of 9 holes in one mid-round stretch, erased a nine-shot deficit he faced at the start of his final round to grab a share of the lead at 14-under 270.

In the playoff, both competitors parred the first hole of sudden death. At the next, the difficult 233-yard par-3 No. 9th at San Andrés Golf Club, the 32-year-old Rodriguez hit the elusive green. With his opponent unable to get up and down from the rough, "Camarón”, as he is known on Tour, calmly two-putted to secure his second LatinoAmerica Tour victory of the season.

The victory vaults Rodriguez to No. 1 on the LatinoAmerica Tour Order of Merit with four events remaining on the 2013 schedule. 'Los Cinco’, the top five players on the Order of Merit at the conclusion of the season, will earn status to play on the 2014 Web.com Tour.
