Spieth, Hughes, Fitzpatrick and Hull Top 7-Win Week for Titleist

It was another week of trust and triumph for Titleist Brand Ambassadors and golf ball loyalists as they went on to capture seven titles across the worldwide professional tours.

Leading the way, Titleist Brand Ambassador Jordan Spieth captured the Australian Open trusting the new Pro V1x prototype, 716 AP2 irons and a full bag of Titleist equipment. With the win, Spieth became the first player on Tour to record a victory with the new Pro V1x prototype in play.

It was also a week of firsts for a pair of Canadian professionals as Titleist golf ball loyalist Mackenzie Hughes (Pro V1x) outlasted the field to prevail in a playoff at the RSM Classic for his first career win on the PGA TOUR while Titleist golf ball loyalist Charley Hull (Pro V1x) also earned her first career LPGA title at the CME Group Titleholders.

Joining in the winner’s circle, Titleist golf ball loyalist Matthew Fitzpatrick (Pro V1x) posted four rounds in the 60s at the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai to secure the win at the European Tour’s season finale.

Also taking home season-ending honors, Titleist golf ball loyalist Henrik Stenson (Pro V1) won his second Race to Dubai title on the European Tour and Titleist golf ball loyalist Ariya Jutanugarn (Pro V1x) took home the season-long Race to the CME Globe bonus and the Player of the Year award.

Rounding out the weekend of global success Titleist Brand Ambassador Gaganjeet Bhullar (Pro V1x) captured the Bank BRI-JCB Indonesian Open, Titleist golf ball loyalist Charlie Saxon (Pro V1x) won the Zhuhai Henqing Phoenix Tree Open, and Titleist golf ball loyalist Kent Bulle (Pro V1x) emerged as the victor at the 111 VISA Open de Argentina. Titleist Brand Ambassador Gaganjeet Bhullar (Pro V1x) captured the Bank BRI-JCB Indonesian Open by three shots over four players in the weather-delayed event.

Bhullar followed a second round 7-under-par 65 with a pair of 68s en route to a 16-under-par 272 victory total.

The win marks the second Asian Tour victory of Bhullar in 2016. His first win this season came at the Shinhan Donghae Open in October.

 Titleist was the field favorite in golf balls at the Indonesian Open with 97 players trusting a Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball for their success, almost more than five times the nearest competitor with 20 and more than all competitors combined.

Titleist golf ball loyalist Charlie Saxon (Pro V1x) posted a 7-under-par 277 victory total to capture the Zhuhai Henqing Phoenix Tree Open for his second career PGA TOUR China title.

The American finished four shots clear of fellow Titleist golf ball loyalist Callum Tarren (Pro V1x).

Titleist Brand Ambassador Yi Cao (Pro V1x) shot the lowest score of the day at 2-under-par 69 to finish in a tie for 4th place at even par 284.

With one event remaining on the PGA Tour China schedule, Saxon sits securely at No. 2 on the PGA Tour China Order of Merit (OOM). He will likely earn membership on the 2017 Web.com Tour along with Titleist golf ball loyalist Zecheng Dou (Pro V1x), who has sewn up No. 1 in the OOM standings.

 At the Zhuhai Henqing Phoenix Tree Open, Titleist was the overwhelming golf ball of choice with 79 players trusting a Pro V1 or Pro V1x, more than five times the nearest competitor with 14 and more than all competitors combined.

The win was the 10th for Titleist golf ball loyalists through the 12 events on the PGA TOUR China schedule this season.

Titleist golf ball loyalist Kent Bulle (Pro V1x) emerged as the victor of an all-Titleist golf ball playoff with fellow Titleist golf ball loyalists Nate Lashley (Pro V1x) and James Beck III (Pro V1x) at the 111 VISA Open de Argentina.

It was Bulle’s second PGA TOUR Latinoamérica title, following his win at the 2015 Open de Argentina. All three players completed regulation at 9-under-par 275.

After Beck was eliminated with a par on the first extra hole, Bulle prevailed with his second straight birdie in playoff action.
