Charlotte, N.C. and Quail Hollow Club play host to the PGA Tour this week for the competition at the Wells Fargo Championship. With four months of the calendar year complete, this week's competition is another opportunity for players to enter the winners circle or accumulate FedExCup points.
Defending champion and Pro golf ball loyalist Rickie Fowler is among the top talent from around the world who make up the 156-player field. Last year Rickie punctuated his championship performance with a clutch shot and putt, in the first hole of a three-player playoff, to claim his first PGA Tour victory.
This year, 106 players in the field at Quail Hollow are relying on Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf balls for their success, more than five times the nearest competitor with 20 and more than all competitors combined.
Titleist is also first in sand, lob and approach wedges (154), and putter (61) categories.
Team Titleist had the cameras rolling this week at Quail Hollow to capture both the hard work and the fun that precedes the first tee shot when things get down to business Thursday morning. Click on the video above to step foot on the range and inside the ropes of the Wells Fargo Championship.
