Cheers.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>https://www.titleist.com/teamtitleist/thread/84702?ContentTypeID=1Wed, 09 Jan 2013 14:18:39 GMT9ab519fc-5311-4952-85cd-0a0ceffb73fb:45a07dc5-1e19-4ac0-913d-3a8adec1b080Ryan P<p>Mark,</p> <p>In past generations there has been a difference in flight characteritics between the two (D2 higher launch and higher spin and D3 lower launching and lower spin) but with the NEW 913 they both have&nbsp;similar launch conditions.&nbsp; This has been accomplished with the re-positioning of the Centre of Gravity in a more optimal position.&nbsp;</p> <p>In regards to ball speed, both drivers now have a new face design which is&nbsp;the fastest face we have ever created and will have increased ball speed across the face resulting in more distance.&nbsp;</p> <p>In short, think of the D2 as your maximum playability and forgiving driver which has higher inertia and a slight draw bias (due to the location of the CoG) vs the D3 which is your tour inspired workability and control driver with a neutral flight bias.&nbsp;</p> <p>My recommendation would be to visit a local authorized Titleist Fitter for them to dial in either head with the proper shaft and SureFit Tour Hosel.&nbsp; If you need some assistance in locating one of the Fitters, please feel free to let us know!</p> <p>Ryan P - Team Titleist</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
