&lt;p&gt;The best advice when interested in a workout plan is to find a Titleist Performance Institute Professional with fitness or medical expertise. They will take you through a physical screen to identify your strengths and weaknesses. Given those results, they will design a program that helps you achieve your goals. The key to starting a workout program is ensuring you are doing the correct exercises with the correct form.
