After trusting their Titleist golf ball to three championship performances on three continents Sunday, New 2013 Pro V1x loyalists Bernhard Langer, Angel Cabrera, and Jake Roos stood above the competition, trophies in hand.

Langer outpaced his competitors with a final round 5-under 67 to win the inaugural Greater Gwinnett Championship by three shots. Cabrera, a week removed from his runner-up finish in a playoff at the Masters, proved victorious in a one-hole playoff victory against Pro V1 loyalist Rafael Gomez at the 82 Abierto OSDE del Centro. And in South Africa, Roos earned his fifth career Sunshine Tour victory with a one-shot win at the Golden Pilsner Zimbabwe Open.

With three more victories, players trusting a Titleist golf ball have now won 43 tournaments on the worldwide professional tours in 2013, more than five times the nearest competitor with eight and more than all other competitors combined.

This is Team Titleist, let’s wrap-up the week…

CHAMPIONS: Greater Gwinnett Championship

Winner: Pro V1x loyalist Bernhard Langer

Playing the New 2013 Pro V1x golf ball for the first time in competition, Langer added the victory to his impressive Champions Tour campaign by finishing with a 10-under 206 victory total. Langer posted six birdies for his fifth top-three finish in six events. He also won the Ace Group Classic in February.

Titleist Pro V1 loyalist Tom Lehman, whose 67 included birdies on 17 and 18, tied for second at 7-under with Titleist Brand Ambassador Tom Pernice Jr. (Pro V1x). Pernice made a move with an eagle on No. 15 and added a birdie on 18 for a final round 70 helping Titleist players post a 1-2-3 finish.

Titleist was the most relied upon golf ball in the field of 80 with 58 players, more than eight times the nearest competitor with 7. Titleist also was the overwhelming top choice in the irons (20) and wedge (59) categories.

LATINOAMERICA: 82 Abierto OSDE del Centro

Winner: Pro V1x loyalist Angel Cabrera

Cabrera fired a final round 7-under 64, including an eagle on the 72nd hole, to finish at even-par 284 for the tournament and set the clubhouse lead. Runner-up and Pro V1 loyalist Rafael Gomez birdied his final hole of regulation to force the playoff. It marks the eighth time Cabrera, who is from Cordoba and used to caddy at the Cordoba Golf Club, has won this event.

LPGA: LPGA Lotte Championship

Runner-up Lizette Salas (New 2013 Pro V1x) fired a tournament-record 62, and finished regulation at 19-under 269 to qualify for the playoff. Salas played a nine-hole stretch in 9-under mid way through the final round, birdieing Nos. 8-9, holing out from the fairway for eagle on the par-4 10th and adding birdies on Nos. 12-16. It was the fourth top-10 finish in seven starts this year for Salas.

Titleist was the most relied upon golf ball in the field of 144 with 95 players, more than seven times the nearest competitor with 13.

PGA: RBC Heritage

Runner-up and Titleist Brand Ambassador Webb Simpson (New 2013 Pro V1x, 913D3 driver, 913F fairway metal, 913Fd fairway metal, 913Hd hybrid, AP2 irons, Vokey Design SM4 TVD wedges) finished regulation at 9-under par 275. New 2013 Pro V1x loyalists Luke Donald and Kevin Streelman tied for third, two shots back, under windswept conditions at Harbour Town.

Titleist was the most relied upon golf ball in the field of 144 with 91 players, more than four times the nearest competitor with 20. Titleist also was the overwhelming top choice in the wedge (145) and putter (50) categories.

EUROPEAN: Open de España

Felipe Aguilar (New 2013 Pro V1x) and Titleist Brand Ambassador Maximilian Kieffer (Pro V1x, 910D3 driver, 913F fairway metal, 913H hybrid, 712U 4-iron, CB 5-iron, MB irons, Vokey Design wedges), both finished regulation at 5-under par 283 to qualify for the playoff.

Titleist was the most relied upon golf ball in the field of 156 with 107 players, more than five times the nearest competitor with 20.

It was the first week out for the Titleist Tour Support Vehicle this week as the European Tour rolled into Valencia for the Open de Espana.

And it was a busy week as Titleist ambassadors were seeking to work with Titleist Tour Tech Reps Phil and Mattias on set ups, to get clubs re-gripped and to check lofts and lies.

The Parador de El Saler course was looking fantastic - well manicured with fast, hard greens - which will make putting key to success. And given that the course lies right on the coast, if the wind gets up it will make scoring very tricky.

At 7,052 yards and playing to a par of 72, the course mixes links and pine forest golf right in the heart of the El Saler nature reserve.

A few weeks ago, Team Titleist had the chance to catch up with Adam Scott at the WGC Cadillac Championship at Doral, and we just happened to ask him a couple of questions about the Masters.

Lucky for us, we had the camera rolling and the audio taping.

Check out the video above to hear what Adam had to say about what he was looking forward to the most at Augusta.

Congratulations, Adam, on a well deserved win.

Next question: what's on the menu for the champions dinner next year?

"Something special happens to every player there, every year."

This is what Titleist Brand Ambassador Adam Scott had to say a few weeks ago when Team Titleist asked him about his fondest memories at The Masters.

And after a stunning performance on Sunday that featured Adam rolling his new 2013 Pro V1 golf ball into the cup for a couple of clutch birdies that will go down in Masters history, we have a feeling that the memories from this year will certainly stand out as he claimed his first major crown, donned the green jacket and became the first Australian to win The Masters.

"Golf is a big sport at home, and this is the one thing in golf we hadn't been able to achieve. It's amazing that it's my destiny to be the first Australian to win. It's incredible," said Adam.

Adam, who led the field in Greens in Regulation (77%), converted a 20-foot putt for birdie on the final hole of regulation, only to watch fellow Titleist golf ball loyalist Angel Cabrera (New 2013 Pro V1x) nearly hole his approach shot for a tap-in birdie and force the extra session.

Replaying the 18th as the first hole of the playoff, both players got up and down for par with close chip shots. On the second extra hole, the 10th at Augusta National, Cabrera's 15-foot putt for birdie just missed, setting up Adam's heroics. As daylight fell, Adam drained a dramatic 12-footer for birdie and the historic win.

Playing with fellow countryman and Titleist Brand Ambassador Marc Leishman (New 2013 Pro V1x golf ball, Titleist 913D2 driver (9.5º), 913Fd fairway metal (15.0º), 712U 2-iron, AP 3-4 irons. MB 5-9 irons, Vokey Design Spin Milled pitching (48º), Spin Milled TVD sand (54º) and lob (58º) wedges, Scotty Cameron by Titleist Tour Rat 2 prototype putter) in the next to last group, Adam made his only bogey on the first hole, closing with a 3-under par 69.

Cabrera, playing in the final group, posted a final round 2-under 70, as both players finished regulation in 9-under 279. Cabrera was the only participant to shoot four consecutive rounds under par (71-69-69-70). Leishman tied for 4th, four shots out of the playoff, and his best finish in a major championship.

EQUIPMENT COUNTS: Titleist was the most relied upon golf ball in the limited-field of 93 with 52 players, more than four times the nearest competitor with 12. Titleist also was the overwhelming top choice in the iron (19) and wedge (83) categories. The win is the sixth by Titleist golf ball players on the 2013 PGA TOUR, more than any other competitor.

EQUIPMENT NOTES FROM THE TOUR: Adam played the new Titleist 913D3 driver for the first time in competition this week after switching from the Titleist 910D3. His new 913D3 9.5º driver has an A-1 (neutral) SureFit Tour Hosel setting with a Graphite Design Tour AD DI 8, X flex graphite shaft at 44.75".  Adam worked with Titleist Tour Representative Chris Tuten on the Wednesday of the Tampa Bay Championship to dial in a precision fit. Adam did not put the 913D3 driver into play in Tampa, preferring to work with it during his preparation weeks leading up to the Masters. Adam came to Augusta ready to put it in play and was extremely confident in his performance with it following several practice rounds. Scott cited that he was getting a higher ball flight without increased spin for longer carry distance with the new driver - which would be beneficial to him at Augusta National and going forward.

Adam also put a refined Scotty Cameron by Titleist Futura X prototype putter in the bag this week. He has been working with Cameron since December on the new long putter that provides the high MOI (Moment of Inertia) and path that Adam was seeking. While the design of the putter creates a high MOI, Cameron took the putter one step further by adding more stability to the face with perimeter weighting. High MOI combined with perimeter weighting gives this putter a very unique feel and performance. The putter is made out of aluminium and includes a balance bar and four tungsten weights that are positioned under four adjustable stainless steel weights in the far four corners of the putter for maximum MOI. The putter is 49" in length, has a 79º lie angle and 3º of loft.
