Hi Ivan,

The product registration function is more of a tool for you to store your club specifications in case of theft, loss or future replacement.

The serial number matches to an order number and we can go back through a different system to look at what that serial number was originally referenced to in specification terms.

However, if we were to make those details public, it would leave the serial numbering open to abuse by counterfeiters for example.

Thought I had done that and they never appeared on my profile. I've done it now and it's appeared in my profile. Thanks.

The number that I've registered, I would've thought it would match up to what's on your system. But it appears you can put in any registration number, is that right?
