Well it seemed a few people were interested in another get together for the end of the year.   I am thinking September?   Eagle Ridge in Galena IL was a name thrown out.   Let's get some input from the group and start planning!!

There are plenty of options available in the Madison/Milwaukee area.

54 holes available at Geneva National Resort http://www.genevanationalresort.com/

The Bull at Pinehurst Farms is a Jack Nickalus design that was just rated in the Top 100 public courses in Golf Digest 2013-2014.  http://www.golfthebull.com/

The Bull is near both Whistling Straits and Blackwolf Run for anyone that wanted to get another round in and knock a course off of their bucket list. http://www.americanclubresort.com/golf

I really like the Eagle Ridge courses. Have not played the others, and would be interested in trying them, as well.

    I'm interested.

Eagle Ridge/The General is a great choice.  Countless good ones in Chicago area--Dubsdread, Mistwood, Cantigny,--in all price ranges.

My vote is up north a bit.  I've played all the Eagle Ridge courses and have never ventured up north.   Love playing new courses..

Are you anxious to try out the new ensemble of FJ fleecewear?

That's funny.   But NO!!!    I wish I didn't even have to own any FJ winter clothing!    Just never played up north before and love trying new courses.   Might just have to take a weekend trip here sometime soon.   2 weeks off in July and no plans!!

If you decide to look a little farther south in the Midwest, you might want to consider the Lake of the Ozarks area. Nice courses and accommodations. It's not that bad a drive from the Quad Cities.
