What courses are you planning on playing in 2014?

Every year during the late fall and early winter months, I set up my golf schedule for future seasons. I usually set up a new schedule three years in advance. In 2014, my travels will take me to Tam O'Shanter for my first round of the year in mid-April. My special golf trip for April will once again take me to Clarion to play Clarion Oaks. Throughout May and into June, I will be playing six consecutive rounds of golf in Ohio (I call this the Ohio Swing). Leg #1 of the Ohio Swing will take me to Canfield and Kennsington. Leg #2 will take me down to Columbiana County to play The Links at Firestone Farms. Leg #3 will take me to Vienna to play Candywood. Leg #4 will take me to Brookfield to play Yankee Run. Leg #5 will take me to Hubbard and Pine Lakes. The sixth and final leg will take me down to Rayland right along the Ohio River to play a course called Fairway River Links. After a week off, I will play Castle Hills just north of New Castle. Following another week off, I will travel towards Mercer to play Spring Valley. After another week off, I will travel down to Wampum to play a course called Stonecrest. Following another week off, I will travel to Grove City to play Pine Grove. My special golf trip for August will take me up towards Lake Erie to play a course called Whispering Woods. And finally, I plan on playing Green Meadows in Volant. So, fellow Team Titleist members, where will your golf travels take you this year?

I limited in my golf travel this year due to my wife starting her family practice residency at Offutt AFB, in nebraska this june and the birth of our daugther last wednesday. I do have some good courses on tap though. TPC San Antonio and Sand Hills and Jimmy Austin golf club in norman oklahoma are the top 3 on my list this year. I play in my normal game at the base course at Randolph AFB and then hope to find a good game in omaha when we get there.

we live in Cincinnati area and we played Kennsington a couple years back on our way to play Oakmont CC :). I gotta give it to Kennsington such a sweet course hope to play their again soon maybe this year on our way to Oakmont CC again. Stop at Firestone in akron and play too if you can!

Hoping to play Torrey Pines at some point this year!

Also hoping to hit up the Palm Desert Area a few times as well!

California Dreaming!

Michael you ever come to the Cincinnati area? you should check into Stonelick Hills on US 50 just east of the city. Probably one of if not the best public course in Cincinnati area.

I've got a good list for 2014

Kapalua (which I played last week)

TPC Boston

TPC River highlands

I have a couple friends at Turner Hill and Andover CC, which are two great courses in Mass

I'm stoked to play these tracks, and also stoked for spring.

Think warm!

  • Get to play Paiute in Vegas every year for four days in August.
  • Playing Granada in Hot Springs in May.
  • Colbert Hills in Manhattan, KS.
Those are the ones that are planned right now.  I'm sure there will be more added to the list.

Ahhh Tiger,

I love Paiute.  We played the Wolf and it was beast.  I wish I was less... um... lubricated during my round there.  Vegas has a way of doing that.  I'll be sure to buy stock in Crown when you're group heads there.

We were waiting on the group in front of us, so we placed some bets and hit shots from this spot box, I think it was on 17 to the island green a couple holes back.  It kinda looks like sawgrass from this angle.
