It really is all player dependent. Bounce is typically ideal from thick rough, but if you aren't looking for a lot of bounce you can look at the 60.07 (S grind) and 60.08 (M grind). The S grind is for individuals who play shots with a square face, while the M grind is more for individuals looking to open the club face on different types of shots. 

It is always best to see a local fitter and hit both options, but hopefully this information gives you some direction.
