    Hey everyone,

I am currently using a Left Handed Sm4 - 56-11.  I am ready to use a new one, its been a long time with the SM4.  My question is what current grind of SM5 is similar to the SM4 that i currently am using?

Along those lines I also have an older Spin Milled 60 - 08, what 60 degree SM5 will be similar to this wedge?

I would like to buy both 56 and 60 sm5's, just want to get something close to what I have been using, I have seen some Titleist Rep's answer similar questions on this forum.

    Thank you in advance!

  2. Eric, good question however SM4 vs SM5 is a model not a grind.  Grinds are usually indicated by letters such as M, F, S etc... if you are uncertain which grind you are currently using look at the back of the wedge for the letter, sometimes it is marked, if not call Titleist and they can assist!  Now you can match up with the newer models which grind to go with!

    Good Luck!

Hey Eric. Not sure if this'll help but I replaced my spin milled 60-08 with a 62-08 T grind and they are very similar. Try looking at the Vokey site. It lists and explains the different grinds. Good luck.
