    To the Titleist Staff

I live in Utah and play the muni courses, some of which have a good fairways, but the bunker are extremely firm. I currently play a cally 56 14 wedge, but find in OK for the fairways, but extremely difficult to get the ball out of the bunker without bouncing and skulling the ball because of the usually thin sand. Will the M grind work well on the fairways and bunkers, or should I consider an S grind?

I have a 58M bent to 59 and its really amazing in all different conditions.

I find that it's my most versatile wedge around the green and bunkers.

    Good Luck!

My own empirical guess was S-grind. The Tour Van came to our club, and even though our bunkers tend to be damp and/or not fine sand, I worked better with the M-grind (less digging). That's a 56-10M (bent to 55) and both will be an improvement over the 14 bounce Callie that compares to the K grind. You'd have to try both on grass and sand to find the difference. I didn't believe in wedge fittings - until I got one.

I tried the 56 10M this morning on the course. Good wedge. Will continue to experiment with it
