  1. Got me four lovely Vokeys two of which 52 and 60 are SM4's, the 48 and 56 are SM5's. I love the feel of the older ones. They all have the same shafts by the way. The newer SM5's feel heavier and definitely swing differently to the SM4's. Is this actually the case or is it just me?

I have a SM5 55.09 and SM6 55.14 and they feel the same. Are the shafts and the grips the exact same?
  3. Hi Chuck. Yup, they're identical. The difference is like swinging a steel versus carbon shafted club. It's really weird

    Hi Stephen E:

The standard swingweight from the SM4 to the SM5 will be the same; however, You are probably feeling the different swingweight from the PW/GW and the SW/LW.

PW & GW have a standard swingweight of D3
SW & LW have a standard swingweight of D5.

    Thank you for your question
