The cover for my 5s

I am still in total love with my 5s. I've only played a few rounds with it though, and the cover is falling apart at the seams on the velcro.

I've never had this happen before, I know it's not normal, and I don't really want to send the cover in and wait for a new one and leave my putter bare, nor do I want to part with this magnificent thing.

Is there any way to have a cover sent to me and me send this cover back?

    We're sorry to hear about the issues with your head cover.

    Our standard procedure in most instances is to send a replacement, and once the new cover arrives the golf course or golf shop will send yours back with the enclosed shipping label. We understand the importance of keeping clubs pristine and wouldn't want you to experience any unnecessary damage.

    Let us know if you have any issues obtaining a replacement under warranty from your local retailer.

    I am also having issues with my 5s cover. The Velcro is coming apart from the cover after maybe 10 rounds. I was hoping it would be magnetic.

    I am having the same problem with my x5 head cover, the velcro has came apart and now the cover will not stay on. I would think being such a great company like Titleist/scotty they would have made better head covers. I wouldlove to see magnetic covers.
