Lots of excitement here at Titleist Canada HQ this morning!
What did you think of the Adam's performance yesterday?

Here is some insider info on Adam's equipment...

An all NEW Pro V1 playoff! Titleist was the most relied upon golf ball in the limited-field of 93 with 52 players, more than four times the nearest competitor with 12.

Scott played the new Titleist 913D3 driver for the first time in competition this week.   He switched from the Titleist 910D3 driver and all of his specifications remained the same.  Scott stayed with 9.5 degrees of loft, an A-1 (neutral) SureFit Tour Hosel setting and Graphite Design Tour AD DI 8, X flex graphite shaft.  Adam worked with Titleist Tour Representative Chris Tuten on the Wednesday of the Tampa Bay Championship to dial in a precision fit.   Adam did not put the 913D3 driver into play in Tampa, preferring to work with it during his preparation weeks leading up to the Masters.  Adam came to Augusta ready to put it in play and was extremely confident in his performance with it following several practice rounds.  Scott cited that he was getting a higher, longer ball flight with the new driver which would be beneficial to him at Augusta National and going forward.

Scott also put a refined Scotty Cameron by Titleist Futura X prototype putter in the bag this week.  He has been working with Cameron since December on the new long putter that provides the high MOI (Moment of Inertia) and path that Scott was seeking.  While the design of the putter creates a high MOI, Cameron took the putter one step further by adding more stability to the face with perimeter weighting.  High MOI combined with perimeter weighting gives this putter a very unique feel and performance.  The putter is made out of aluminum and includes a balance bar and four tungsten weights that are positioned under four adjustable stainless steel weights in the far four corners of the putter for maximum MOI.  The putter is 49" in length, has a 79* lie angle and 3* of loft.

WHAT'S IN THE BAG FOR 2013 MASTERS CHAMPION ADAM SCOTT:
New 2013 Titleist Pro V1 golf ball
Titleist 913D3 (9.5 degrees) driver with a Graphite Design Tour AD DI-8 X-flex shaft*
Titleist 910Fd (15 degrees) fairway metal with a Rombax Pro 95 X-flex shaft
Titleist 712U (2) and MB (3-9) irons with KBS Tour steel shafts

Thanks for the post with all the specs of what's in Adam Scott's bag. I thoroughly enjoy reading the WITB threads. It gives a great insight on how the tour players are fitted for their game. Adam Scott's win was absolutely amazing. He is a true fighter and never gave up throughout his round. Having Stevie Williams at the bag was a positive influence for him aswell. It's great to see an Aussie bring home the green jacket. He's such a great ambassador to Titleist and the game. Great Job Adam and I look forward to seeing more of his success.

    Cheers Shawn

It was an awesome win for Adam. One of the most exciting finishes to a major in recent memory. Adam is a great ambassador for Titleist and the people of Australia and golf fans everywhere should be proud of him. Personally I couldn't be happier for him. There have been very few tournaments where I have felt so happy for the winner as I did for Adam. The putt he sank at 18 to finish was a truly electrifying moment and it was awesome to see him follow it up with another big putt on 10.

    Huge!

Very happy for Adam and for Angel who almost pulled off his 3rd PGA Tour major.  It was a fight to the end and he gutted it out on the way in with two massive putts to close it out.

It was nice to see Adam Scott win, and particularly nice to hear him pay homage to Greg Norman. So nice to see the young players show respect for those that preceded them.

Congrats to Adam, the Aussies, and Team Titleist for a great win.

I won't start with some of the other sad things that transpired during the Masters...
