Hybrids v Fairway Woods

    I currently carry a 17 degree 913H Hybrid and a 15 degree 913F Fairway Wood and was wondering what the 'average' difference in distance was as I'm struggling to see much between the two if I'm honest.

    I currently play off 18, and typically hit my 7 iron 135 yards, and my 5-iron 155 yards which from the charts are about right within reason. I also carry a 24 degree 913H Hybrid which I typically hit 165 yards.

    The best way to see how far you are hitting the ball, and the average distance between clubs in your bag would be to arrange a fitting at one of our SureFit accounts or at our National fitting centre. At each of our four National Fitting Centres, we use Trackman, which is great for gaping your bag appropriately.This would provide you with the knowledge of what clubs to have in your bag and how to best improve your golf game in the future. Understanding exactly how far you hit each of your clubs will provide you more confidence over your shots.
