    Hello Team Titleist!

I recently got the 4UP StaDry carry bag. I have used it for three rounds so far, and have noticed that the legs of the bag have started to sag pretty severely when I am carrying it. I think that this is an issue, especially for a new bag. I think there may be something wrong with it. If not, does anybody have and tips as to how I could adjust/fix the legs? I know that a lot of bags have a slider that can adjust the tightness of the legs, but this one does not. Thank you very much!

That shouldn't happen; contact the place you purchased it. Shouldn't have to "fix" it so soon.

Ok not have the plastic "slider" might be the problem Mine got this way too, but issue was solved. That plastic "spacer" that fits in between the wire supports that are attached to the legs and actually push them out when you put the bag down, can be adjusted and moved up and down and actually help regulate the tension of the legs. Check with customer service, and see it it's changed, of it it was supposed to be there and isn't. I've got it on my 4 up and my Staff carry bag too, so I think you should too. The stock pictures in the catalog show it too.
  4. My 4up bag is doing the same thing...not sure if there is an issue but I take with the territory of an extra light bag...there is probably only so much support that can be added...

Curious to hear your thoughts as well now that you know others are having same issue...

    Not to worry! Chris
  5. I have the same 4Up bag and have not had the same issue. Usually the legs on one are sagging because my towel is stuck in them, I'd suggest going back to where you purchased. They have a great warranty on them if something truly is wrong. Good luck,
  6. I'm having a very similar issue and haven't yet been able to fix it. Plan to try to adjust the slider piece and see if that works. Otherwise, I think I'll be taking it back to where I go it and see if there is anything they can do.
