The Titleist Tour Distance balls are only available from Costco. They are most closely related to the Velocity ball, in terms of performance. I would recommend the DT SoLo to anybody looking at these balls, due to the better greenside performance.

Golf balls at my Costco (frozen tundra of Wisconsin) are a seasonally stocked item.  The TDs have been replaced with down filled jackets.  I liked the old NXT because I gave up too many shots OOB with higher spin balls.  My driver speed is under 85 and my age is also but not enough as I'd like it to be. Is the Velocity a 'harder' ball and I should try the DT Solo, or compare both?

I was given a dozen of Titleist Tour Distance balls which I like but have been unable to find them anywhere. Have they been discontinued or replaced by another mode. If so what is comparable.

The DT solo would be the closest match, but you might want to check out our new velocity.  It has good feel and very good distance off the driver.

I would have to disagree. I believe the tour distance is more like the velocity than the dt solo. The DT solo shows better Greenside spin than the tour distance. 

Isn't this the same ball as the HP3 Distance ball that was discontinued? If so, where can I get it. Great ball. No Costco here in OK.

You could go to Costco on line and order them. If you are not a Costco member there is a service fee it is minimal.
