    The simple answer is No.

You tested a prototype ball that may or may not ever make it to the public. Titleist hasn't ever told us anything about the prototype balls. EVER! Do a site search on the subject. You will find this question asked thousands of times.

what ever ball it was I like the feel off the club face , good reaction off the ball when it landed on the greens , got excellent distance with the driver. I would recommend anyone to buy this type of ball. Doug Rutherford

    Hi Scott,

In terms of the selection process, all Team Titleist members are considered when we have opportunities like prototype golf ball test panels but the final selection will vary depending on the test panel.

We make every effort to include as many Team Titleist members as possible in these opportunities, but as you can imagine, we are not able to include everyone in every test panel.

Keep in mind, the more you participate and the more engaged you are with Team Titleist, from posting in the discussions and adding blog comments to completing your profile, the more likely you potentially open the doors to these Team Titleist opportunities.

    Thanks!

    - Mike

Scott - Mike ("Godfather") explained how Titleist trends in seeding test balls.  If you want to try Titleist balls, the best thing to do is find a Titleist ball fitting.  The outdoor fittings include a Trackman with an iron.  Based on your swing and ball flight, they will recommend the best 2 balls for you and usually supply one if not both in 2 pack samples.  Then try them starting at the green - Titleist's recommend ball fitting/testing.  I follow this so I don't want to fly one OOB off of my first stroke with a driver.

The golfballs that were sent to me played great. I started in the practice green and they rolled very true. I teed off on the first hole which was a par 3 and i was able to back it up nice for a birdie putt which I tapped in from five feet. I had two three hundred plus drives and shot a very nice 88.

    Thanks

I received a sleeve of test balls about a year ago.  I tested them and emailed my results, but never received a reply or any other communication.  Does Titleist not acknowledge receipt of a test results?  Thank you.

I don’t think we ever really find out which balls we were testing also keep in mind everyone I feel does not get the same balls to test, example some get “Red” test balls and some got “Black” test balls. I regularly play the NXT and the test ball out drove the NXT by over 20 yards in my test. If I had to guess I think I was testing the new Velocity ball but I will never really know for sure! It was fun to test the balls and then compare notes with my friends who also got test balls.
