It doesn&#39;t matter if I have a 6 iron into the green and he has a 7. I still stick it closer than him. I would give up a little distance off the tee to be able to have a closer birdie putt. By the way, are you hitting the new Pro V&#39;s? I think they came out last year, so I wouldn&#39;t think new ones would be released any time soon. Hope we have an answer to this. I had a similar experience to this in Michigan but the weather turned bad before I could hit the brand x samples.
