They produce solid products that typically only get tweaked based on the last 2 years of use by pros and amateurs alike. That would be enough, but since they aren't dependent on selling fads before the novelty wears off, custom fitting at a reasonable price is the best way to buy. Even then, they don't stop, contacting Titleist through the concierges on this site or by phone can improve the buying process and provide service after the sale. If you are not ever satisfied - they will hear you. Still not enough, loyal fans of this site can go to their mailbox and find surprises from bag tags to testing new balls.
