New ball packages

    I was shopping for golf balls this past weekend and noticed new boxes without 2014 in the corner, but same everything else. Are these 2015 boxes with 2014 level balls such as dt solo ? I just want to make sure I get 2014 level as they work well for me.

    Titleist only updates their equipment (balls/clubs) every 2 years. The current Pro-V series is now the 2015 version. The current NXT/Velocity/DT Solo lines were released in January 2014 and will likely get updated January 2016. I have recently seen prior generation NXT-S at a large retailer that are the 2012 release - but the end cap display does clearly denote them as prior generation. If the box is not the same (missing 2014?) then it may be prior as well.

    Thanks for the reply, I think I understand now. Several stores in my area have "new" old stock and I could not find an exact match of the box I purchased last year. Thanks again.
