The adjustability is nice, but I think once people get them setup for their swings they don't change them (at least not on a regular basis).  What I like best are the technical improvements to the heads (more forgiving, reducing spin, etc....) and the ability to swap shafts without giving up your driver for several days while a new shaft is installed (although you still need to pay the price of a new shaft, which may not be inexpensive).  The ability to swap shafts also makes getting fit an easier process...a qualified Titleist fitter can work with you and go through multiple iterations of heads and shafts to find what works best for you.

There are numerous adjustments you can make. For me, I swing hard and my tendency is to leave the face a little open at impact. Set the face closed a little, and it does help. It reduces the loft, but it helps. But, adjustability only goes so far. It doesn't solve swing issues at impact......

It gives you the ability to more perfectly 'tune' the driver to your swing, and as your swing changes, to adjust the driver again to maximize your distance and control.

An adjustable driver is not just ONE driver, but essentially -hundreds- of drivers, in one club.

Get FIT first, for sure, to make sure you are starting off with the right driver, and so that you can better understand the adjustability.  Then, your investment pays off day in and day out, even as your swing evolves or changes, because you are able to make adjustments to the driver.

I definitely adjust mine during the year, depending on the course I am playing and the conditions of the day.  For instance, if it is softer that day, I might add more loft to increase my carry distance, knowing that I won't get much roll.  On a firmer, drier course, might take off some loft for more roll with the same swing.

If I notice that I am having a hard time hitting a cut shot on #6, I might adjust for less draw bias, etc.  Better to tinker with the club in your bag than be out looking for a new one every other month!

The adjustability does make it nice to fine tune your flight. The Titleist sure fit hosel is the best I have used. I can say from experience the 915 D2 driver is the best all around driver I've purchased and it was worth it.
