At the recent TT Texas Outing, they spoke to us all about how the new balls are more durable. Admittedly, during play that day, I hit a cart path but didn't notice any damage. What have you all discovered? Do you find the new ProV1 balls to be more durable and stay whiter long?

Are you sure it was a ProV1?

The new Pro V1 is by far the most durable they've ever made.

I've noticed improved durability each year for the past several versions.  Only an occasional wedge shot leaves marks, and it's more common than not for a ball to last all eighteen holes without a significant mark.

It's amazing that the Titleist engineers have mastered the cover while keeping performance characteristics.  It's the #1 Ball In Golf for a reason.

There's no doubt that the new pro vx performs better than ever but the durability isn't quite as good as the 2013 model. However this 2015 model is much better performing.

I really don't know if you can make a ball that is cart path proof, as far as scuffing it up. I've been pretty lucky this year, so far. I have a few in the bag that have several rounds on them and still perform very well.....
