Outstanding Service from a Titleist Representative

Two weeks ago while purchasing some golf items I was greeted at the door of the establishment by a young lady named Beth from Tampa who was introducing customers to the Prov1 and Prov1x . We had a very good discussion and she gave me a 2-ball of Prov1x and Prov1. I told her I play the Prov1x but she wanted me to try the new version of the Prov1.

This is a nice gesture on the part of Titleist but more important is the professionalism Beth displayed during the session. She is a positive asset to the Titleist company and further illustrates why Titleist is #1. Not just the products but the people that represent the company. Job well done.

    Gotta agree with you. I've had several interactions with the Titleist rep in my area of Massachusetts, and he's the best. Not only does he remember me when he comes by the shop, he always inquires how everything with my Titleist equipment is going, and answers any questions I might have, and will make things right if not. Totally professional, and thanks you for being a Titleist customer. Makes you feel appreciated and doing business with the #1 company even better.
