Titleist 690 mb grooves

Hey is anyone sure if the 690 mb grooves are okay to use under the new groove rule for competition or are thy no longer legal? Thanks

I am pretty sure it is legal. check out usga groove rules

Are the 690.mb irons legal to play also. What is the difference between the 690mb and the 690.mb?
